Renewal Biotech is a regenerative medicine initiative powered by Healing Home Group, Inc. Our mission is to pioneer research and innovation that helps restore what was lost — from skin and tissue to hope and possibility.  

Born from lived experience, Renewal Biotech was created by burn survivor and nurse in training Corey Halstead, who turned his own journey through recovery into a catalyst for scientific exploration and change. His vision is clear: to make full thickness skin regeneration, scar reduction, and long term recovery more achievable for survivors worldwide.

At Renewal Biotech, we believe healing is not just physical; it is emotional, psychological, and deeply human. Our research explores how science and compassion can work together to transform lives.

• Scar Remodeling: Investigating ways to reduce contractures, tightness, and long term scarring using next generation biomaterials.  
• Psychological Healing: Integrating neuroscience and emotional recovery into the regenerative process, because true healing begins from within.

A Message from Corey Halstead, Founder

I founded Renewal Biotech because I know what it feels like to live in a body that has been through fire — and to want more than just survival. I wanted renewal.  

After my own burn injuries, I realized there was a gap between what science could do and what survivors truly need. Renewal Biotech was born from that realization — the belief that innovation and empathy belong in the same space. Every experiment, every discovery, every conversation begins with one question: How can we make healing more complete?  

This work is deeply personal to me. It represents a bridge between lived experience and scientific advancement, between pain and purpose. Through Renewal Biotech, I hope to help others not only recover, but rise stronger — with dignity, possibility, and hope restored.
